The room was well-kept and had a minibar, climate control, and multi-channel television. The location was favourable, short walk to the beach and restaurants and a cove. It also was on activities etc...
Some people working there were average.

I had such a fantastic stay at this B&B! From the moment I arrived, the hostess made me feel right at home. She welcomed me with a refreshing Sicilian drink and even had my room ready before check-in time. The spacious and comfortable bedroom was perfect for a relaxing stay. The on-site parking was a blessing, especially when traveling with a car. The location was also great, nestled in a peaceful and green area, yet close enough to this city for easy access. And let's talk about the breakfast - it was simply amazing! The quality reminded me of a 5-star hotel, with fresh fruits and the most delicious Sicilian cakes. I could choose to enjoy my breakfast outside in the sun or in the shade. The staff here truly exceeded my expectations, providing plenty of advice and making sure my stay was enjoyable. This place offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!
Nothing could have been better.

Title: Charming place with delicious breakfast
Just a minor inconvenience, because who needs hot water in the shower anyway? It's not like it's essential for a pleasant stay or anything.

I had always wanted to visit the Ciane River and Saline Nature Reserve in Syracuse, and I chose B&B Villa Pia only for its proximity to this beautiful place. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the property also offered free private parking. This was a fantastic feature as it made it convenient for us to explore other landmarks in the area without worrying about parking. Additionally, I loved that a delicious continental breakfast was available upon request and that the bed & breakfast was located close to both Castello Maniace and Punta Castelluccio Lighthouse.
We had initially thought there would be a coastal walk, but that wasn't the case. It was our mistake, and we would recommend having a car when staying at Villa Pia.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this charming accommodation. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and they provided us with useful local information and recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a mix of savory and sweet options. We especially enjoyed the homemade pastries and excellent coffee. The location was conveniently close to a stunning beach and a short drive from a picturesque town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. We appreciated the use of the kitchen and outdoor dining areas.
That the location was a bit noisy due to the nearby road. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. They had everything we needed, including a kitchenette, which was a bonus. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful hosts, who went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
To our experience. some of the room equipment seemed a bit outdated and in need of an upgrade.
